1. Services Provided

Wow-Jobcy Recruiting provides job advertisement distribution and manual compliance review services. Our services include:

Manual review of job descriptions for alignment with local and state employment laws.

Distribution of job ads to designated platforms.

Provision of a submission and audit report.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

Service Fee: The standard fee for a single job ad compliance review and distribution is $199.00 USD.

Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, or local taxes based on your jurisdiction. These will be calculated and added at the time of checkout.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of order. Services will not commence until payment is confirmed.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the manual, labor-intensive nature of our compliance reviews, all sales are final. Once a job ad has been submitted for review, we cannot offer refunds. If you wish to cancel an order before the review process has started, please contact us immediately, though a cancellation fee may apply.

 

4. Compliance Disclaimer

While Wow-Jobcy Recruiting provides expert manual reviews based on current local and state laws, our services are not a substitute for legal advice.

We provide recommendations to reduce hiring risk, but we do not guarantee immunity from legal action or regulatory audits.

Final responsibility for the content of the job advertisement and hiring practices rests solely with the employer (the Client).

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reporting formats, and technology used on the Wow-Jobcy platform are the intellectual property of Digiview Global Tech. Clients are granted a limited license to use the provided audit reports for their internal compliance records only.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow-Jobcy Recruiting and Digiview Global Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to hiring disputes, legal fees, or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

7. International Use

Clients outside of the United States acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with their specific national labor laws. Wow-Jobcy will provide reviews based on the jurisdiction requested at the time of submission.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
