Data Security Policy

Effective Date: December, 2025

At Wow-Jobcy Recruiting, we recognize that our clients entrust us with sensitive organizational information and compliance documentation. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. This policy outlines the measures we take to protect your data and our protocols for responding to potential security incidents.

1. Data Security Standards

We employ a "Defense in Depth" strategy to ensure that your job advertisements and compliance reports remain secure.

  • Encryption: All data, whether in transit (via SSL/TLS) or at rest on our servers, is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols.

  • Access Control: Access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform compliance reviews. We utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all internal systems.
  • Manual Review Safety: Our manual compliance review process is conducted in a secure environment to ensure that draft job ads and internal recommendations are never exposed to unauthorized third parties.
  • Data Minimization: We only collect the information necessary to facilitate job distribution and legal auditing.

2. Proactive Monitoring

Wow-Jobcy Recruiting, in coordination with Digiview Global Tech, performs regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and system updates to defend against emerging cyber threats.

3. Data Breach Response Plan

In the event of a suspected or confirmed data breach, Wow-Jobcy Recruiting will execute the following Incident

Response Plan:

Phase 1: Identification & Containment

Upon discovery of a potential security incident, our technical team will move immediately to isolate affected systems, stop further data outflow, and identify the scope of the breach.

Phase 2: Investigation

We will conduct a forensic analysis to determine:

The nature of the data accessed (e.g., employer contact info, job descriptions, or audit records).

The number of affected clients.

Whether the data was viewed, copied, or altered.

Phase 3: Notification

Client Notification: If we determine that your data has been compromised, we will notify you via the email address on file as soon as possible, typically within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation.

Regulatory Compliance: We will notify relevant state and local authorities in accordance with applicable data privacy laws (such as CCPA, GDPR, or specific state breach notification statutes).

Phase 4: Remediation

Following a breach, we will provide affected clients with guidance on protective steps and issue a full report on the measures taken to prevent a recurrence.

4. Client Responsibilities

To maintain a secure ecosystem, we advise our clients to:

Use strong, unique passwords for their Wow-Jobcy accounts.

Notify us immediately if they suspect their account credentials have been compromised.
